On completion of the works, clients are the happiest! We need to call them, provide links to our Google and Facebook review links, and ask them to provide positive reviews. This is all part of the closure process when an installation has been completed.
We Only Send Final Invoice AFTER we have spoken to the client
Not all clients sent the e-sign, we need to encourage them to do this, but we can still send the final invoice requesting payment of balance on the day the works are completed.

Write thank you in our socials to acknowledge clients references
Target for 100% references on Socials from all installations we complete
Check Voicemail every hour
- Go to https://pbx.australianphone.com.au/
- Check all three voicemail boxes for any missed call
- For the case we rang back a missed call, note this ex: “Missed call, called back client who wanted a quote for artificial grass around a pool area.”
- Once done with the call back and log notes, delete the voicemail.
